community engagement to guide congregations through seasons of change and revitalization. Dr. Steele holds advanced degrees from Drew Theological School, Drew University: Master of Arts in Religion, Doctor of Ministry in Leadership. Additionally, Dr. Steele is certified in Conflict Resolution from Cornell University in their ECornell training division.
